After cleansing with a shampoo bar, rub the conditioner bar between hands.

Apply then massage into the hair. Leave for 2-5 minutes. The longer the duration, the better the effect.

Rinse out. Gently massage out under running water taking care to avoid contact with eyes.

Due to the concentration, apply little and build up as needed.
