Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to many customers across Australia and worldwide, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing (Handling) time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed and dispatched via Hong Kong within 24 hours after the order is placed. Depending on the popularity of the item, orders can take an additional 2 - 5 days.
- Shipping (Transit) time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse(s) to the destination. Transit time (excluding handling time) takes about 14 - 21 days.
We use a variety of couriers, but our most frequent choice is with ePacket for international orders. Alternative courier options may include but are not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket and China Post.
Please note that if ordering multiple items under the one order, we may source these from separate suppliers. This will mean that your items will arrive separately and at varying times depending on each item's shipping and delivery options presented.
Cost of Shipping
We will choose the best and most economical shipping option for each item individually so that we can pass this saving onto you. The shipping cost will be displayed and added to the checkout where applicable.
For high-value products, we may offer signed delivery and/or insured delivery options. We may include them as default depending on the item.
Tracking information is usually provided with your order, but we cannot guarantee this for every order. If the tracking information is provided we will email you this information along with your order. Please note that in some instances if your item is shipped from China, tracking information does not become officially logged until the item has left the country of origin for the tracker to update. This can take approximately 10 days of the shipping time to officially log in the computer logging system.
If for any reason the provided tracking link does not work, you can just copy the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation e-mail and copy it on the carrier's website to check your order.
We only ship to the registered address of the cardholder for security. We do not usually ship to PO Box addresses.
We are currently not offering the option to ship to multiple addresses. If you would like to ship the same order to multiple addresses, we advise you to place an order for each address.
Should your order be held up or delayed by customs, force majeure event (unavoidable circumstance), public holidays or other reasons we will do our best to monitor your order and help expedite it where possible.
Returns & Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless deemed faulty by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please note that it can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other issues.
