We offer a 30 day returns guarantee (except for items as listed below). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in a resellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with tags and labels attached where applicable. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts (including any missing tags) for reasons not due to our error.



Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Certain types of clothing items are exempt from being returned due to health and hygiene. These items include underwear, lingerie, socks and swimwear. Please do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons, and keep the original packaging in new, undamaged and unopened condition.

Certain types of jewellery items are exempt from being returned due to hygiene and safety. These items include pierced items such as earrings or any other pierced jewellery items.

Additional non-returnable items include: Gift cards; downloadable software products; items that use a redemption code via a third-party website; some health and personal care items (such as toothbrushes).


Faulty Items

Should your item develop a fault within the first 30 days we'll happily return or exchange the item. If the item is faulty, you'll get a choice of a repair, replacement or refund.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged during delivery, and you return the full order, we'll refund or replace the item for you, in addition to reimbursing you any delivery costs. 

In the event that you've received your faulty item but it is over 30 days (but up to 12 months) get in touch with one of our friendly customer support advisers. We'll need to assess what's wrong with the item and act accordingly depending on how long the product might reasonably be expected to last. Wear and tear through use of a product, does not count as deemed faulty.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Should you need to return an item, a returns address will be provided upon successful approval of a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Returned items will only be accepted with a valid RAN.



Once your return is received, verified and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or payment company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (usually 5-7 working days for bank processing times).
